Paul Henrich

 

Paul L. Henrich, D.V.M.
Dr. Paul L. Henrich founded Tranquility Veterinary Clinic P.A. in 1974. Dr. Henrich received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1971. He has been a member of the AVMA & NJVMA since graduation. The practice has been in continuous operation since 1974 in Tranquility, New Jersey. Currently there are four veterinarians employed. Dr. Henrich has extensive experience with both cats and dogs and has been performing a large array of surgery for over forty years. He has seen extensive changes in medicine and surgery and credits his associates with continually updating hospital protocols. Since Dr. Henrich and his wife Diane, who is the hospital manager, have raised their son and daughter, they now have more time for visiting with their three grandchildren, golf and riding their horses. They reside on a farm in Green Township with their three horses, two cats and one dog "Bond James Bond."

Linda Krotje-Wall, D.V.M.

Dr. Linda Krotje-Wall graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. Dr. Krotje-Wall was employed for 5 years in a 5 doctor small animal practice in West Hartford, Connecticut. She then went on to complete a Small Animal Internal Medicine Residency at Iowa Stat University from 1985-1987. Dr. Krotje-Wall held the position of clinical instructor in small animal medicine for 1987-1989. In 1988, she became board certified in small animal internal medicine.

In 1990. Dr. Linda Krotje-Wall and her husband, Dr. Keith Wall, returned to the farm in Green Township where she grew up. She is presently employed part-time at the Tranquility Veterinary Clinic. Her interests are in general medicine cases, dermatology and ultrasonography. Beside veterinary medicine, Dr. Krotje-Wall is busy with the many activities of her teenage twins and operating a small farm. The farm consists of 25 Simmental cattle, chickens, 1 dog, a cat and 2 horses.

Michelle Hewitt

 

Michelle Hewitt, D.V.M.
Dr. Michelle Hewitt is a 1997 graduate of North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine (Raleigh, NC). She received her BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from The College of St. Elizabeth in 1993. After completing her veterinary degree, Dr. Hewitt returned to NJ and joined the Tranquility Veterinary Clinic team in 1997. Dr. Hewitt is a member of the AVMA and NJVMA and NWNJVMA. Dr. Hewitt has special interest in renal disease, endocrine disease, dermatology and geriatrics. She enjoys working with the competent and caring staff as well as working as a team with her colleagues. Most of all she enjoys helping to provide a good quality of life for pets and their families. Dr. Hewitt is the proud owner of 2 rescued cats and 1 rescued dog.

Ryan Christensen

 

Ryan Christensen, D.V.M.
Dr. Ryan E. Christensen joined the Tranquility Veterinary Clinic as an Associate in March 2002. He received his Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University (Ames, IA) where he graduated with honors in May 2002.  Dr. Christensen also received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Monmouth University (West Long Branch, NJ) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 1998. Prior to earning his DVM, he worked as a veterinary technician in several hospitals throughout New Jersey. Most of Dr. Christensen’s experience while attending Iowa State University focused on small animal medicine and surgery, which included a surgical externship at the Nebraska Humane Society (Omaha, NA). His professional interests include small animal surgery and laser surgery. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association. In his free time Dr. Christensen enjoys spending time with his family, reading, mountain biking and making trips to the Jersey Shore. Originally from Fords, NJ, he currently resides in Lake Tranquility with his wife Donna, sons Riley, Nicholas and Jack, two cats and a dog.
