I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my first visit to Tranquility Vet Clinic with my bird, Lucy. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, and welcoming. When we went back to the room, the staff handled Lucy with such care and gentleness, which instantly put both of us at ease. The vet was incredibly thorough, taking the time to examine Lucy, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly without rushing. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, professional atmosphere. I left feeling confident that Lucy is in great hands here. Highly recommend to any bird owners looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care!

The staff at this facility are exceptionally kind and compassionate. I brought my dog in for a visit and during the examination they discovered that she had an enlarged heart. Unfortunately, we learned of the condition too late for treatment and my dog passed away just three days after the visit. A week later, we received a heartfelt letter from the staff with HANDWRITTEN messages offering their condolences and beautiful words of support. This thoughtful gesture moved my family to tears. Thank you so much for your compassion during such a difficult time, it is greatly appreciated

Tranquility Veterinary Clinic went above and beyond when we were faced with a terrible decision for our kitty. Nicole was very helpful, prompt and supportive when gathering information. She provided detailed answers and much compassion. Dr. Dena and Kayleigh came out for the house call. They were both calm, empathetic and very patient with us as we said goodbye. They communicated everything to expect and took the time to answer all of our questions. The house call service was invaluable for both our kitty and our family.

My Turtle Sheldon and I went to have his broken beak checked. The vets had us immediately in our own room and looked at him immediately and determined it wasn't serious and he would heal his beak. They gave him a very thorough check over and even removed stuck shell scales. They found the smallest area of shell rot and we are now treating it before he had to be docked. They taught me how to give him a antibiotic injection to clear up the shell rot in a week or so! Also my price was extremely affordable. I thought I would spend double what I did.
